Finance

We are a team of five in finance, we are in charge of the accounting for the whole company. We are a support team for other colleagues, communicating across the company on a daily basis, dealing with goods intake, production and cash flow. Financial controlling is also an integral part of our work, as well as preparing budgets, analyses and supporting the company's other strategic decisions. What we all have in common is definitely a sense of order and diligence, because who else but us should fit everything to the last penny.

This year, we completed the implementation of the new ERP "K2" and also the merger of both companies Vilgain s.r.o. and R3ptile s.r.o., under which our production was under. The goal of the merger was to streamline processes across the company. We are also educating ourselves on new legislation as we expand into other European markets. Together with the DEV team, we are facing the challenge of introducing progressive automation of production planning and measurement with a focus on increasing and streamlining production capacity as well as stabilising the team.
