Responsibilities:
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and understanding consumer preferences in the food industry.
- Master the intricacies of the clean label food market and suggest innovative ingredients and strategies.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with ingredient suppliers to ensure a steady flow of exceptional ingredients.
- Source and develop private and clean label ingredients that comply with our high standards.
- Implement category strategies that align with our business goals, collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams for successful ingredient launches.
- Manage ingredient category budgets effectively and track profitability.
- Provide regular reports on ingredient category performance to inform our strategy.
- Address ingredient‑specific issues and challenges with a creative problem‑solving mindset.
