It's coming - A very strange little thing... The consistency of flour, very powdery, the flavor okay, but leaves chunks in the mouth, just like flour with water. Combined with milk and protein it wasn't bad... As a substitute for those who have a problem with normal oatmeal good.
Personally, I have a hard time getting any kind of cereal into me, so I always reach for ground cereal to add to my protein/milk in the morning. Otherwise I just don't eat them and this is the only way for me to do it. With milk and honey, nuts, raisins etc for the morning perfect.
Quick breakfast - I'm not a big fan of classic oatmeal, mainly because of its consistency, so this option is perfect for me. A quick and good breakfast when I'm not in a rush. The banana flavor is good, such a classic :)
