Social Media Growth Manager (Organic)

We are now seeking a Social Media Growth Manager that will be responsible for our social media growth strategy; for designing, implementing, and measuring growth marketing initiatives to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue from our social media platforms. This role requires a social media strategic thinker within the health and wellness industry, who can drive organic revenue lifecycle across the organisation from our social media. Though this role is to focus on supporting marketing efforts globally, there is a focus and initial priority to drive the growth of our UK social media.

You will report into the CMO with a dotted line to our CEO and Founder. As leading Social Media at Vilgain, you will also manage our Lead Content Creator. We are growing our UK hub in London, and with soon to be offices we are looking for candidates that are comfortable with flexible hybrid working.

What you will do:

  • Help shape demand generation strategies while working with the product marketing team to design, execute, and track integrated multi‚ÄĎchannel marketing campaigns
  • Develop buyer‚Äôs¬†journey and content strategy
  • Lead content creation initiatives such as the development of engaging videos, blog posts, social media content, webinars, and other relevant materials tailored to resonate with target audiences
  • Deliver analytics to track, measure, and optimize effectiveness and demand conversion
  • Self‚ÄĎmotivated and a¬†driving force of execution in their current or past organizations, able to complete tasks by leveraging relationships and establishing goals
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable

A bit about you:

  • Ability to thrive in a¬†dynamic environment, operate autonomously and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Content Strategy Development: Proficiency in crafting content strategies tailored to different social media platforms, understanding audience demographics, and aligning content with brand objectives.
  • Influencer Marketing: Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, including identifying relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring the impact of influencer collaborations on brand visibility and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Proficiency in conducting A/B tests to experiment with different content formats, posting times, and messaging strategies, and using data‚ÄĎdriven insights to refine and improve social media performance.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Experience in establishing strategic partnerships with complementary brands, organizations, or influencers to leverage each other's¬†audiences and increase brand visibility and reach.
  • Data Analytics: Proficient in utilizing social media analytics tools to track and interpret key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversion rates, and using these insights to optimize content and strategies.
