Vilgain Coconut sugar – natural sweetener with a caramel hint from hand-picked coconut flowers

Coconut sugar - sugar with a delicate caramel taste

Coconut sugar is an alternative to regular white sugar and will surely surprise you with its excellent taste with a touch of caramel. It is obtained by manually collecting nectar from coconut palm flowers in Indonesia. It is then boiled to form caramel, which is crushed into tiny brown crystals.

Use it just like regular sugar. It is suitable for baking various desserts, pancakes or, for example, as a sprinkle for morning oatmeal.

a tasty alternative to sugar with a lower GI. I also use it in baking

Very tasty sugar with caramel undertones, it looks more like powdered sugar to me but still great. I use it everywhere - coffee, tea, cookies,... ❤️

Coconut sugar for baking is just love, it smells wonderful all over the product 👌👌👌👌 I added it to candy, just because of the smell and the softness of the grains 👌👌👌

very good in dishes, but be careful, it makes lumps, so it is necessary to sift
