Hello, I have a more demanding physical period ahead of me and I don't have much experience with these supplements. Do you have any universal "cookbook" what is good to buy, so that the body does not start to strike 😁? I guess it's primarily about regeneration and what to supplement with during long runs.

Hi Michaela, we recommend whey protein, plenty of carbohydrates in the diet (maltodextrin, gainer), carbohydrate drinks containing iodine and carbohydrate gels during and after exercise to support recovery. Supplementation with omega 3, vitamin D, vitamin C or magnesium may also be appropriate. Have a nice day 😍.

Hello, I've been taking creatine for about 2 months and I'm seeing the desired results, which I don't want to develop any more and I'm trying to lose a little weight. I have about a quarter to half a pack left to finish. So should I finish the pack or take a break now?
Hi Kami, creatine can be taken continuously to achieve the effect. So once supplementation is discontinued, the effects associated with it will wear off. So it depends on the goal, but since the effects can only be fully observed after about a month of use (depending on whether or not a more intense saturation phase was included), it would be a shame to stop taking it. However, if you've been taking creatine through races you've already done, for example, you can cut out creatine :). Have a nice day

Hello, I'm 15 and yesterday I started taking creapure creatine. Due to my age I am taking it in half doses for now, so 3caps once a day instead of 2x. And I want to ask if it is possible for me to take it in full dose (3capsules 2x) or should I stay with half dose. Thank you

Hi Paul, both products contain pure creatine monohydrate. Creapure is a trademark and guarantees creatine monohydrate of German origin. Hello, I want to ask how to measure the recommended daily dose of 5g? There is a 5ml measuring cup in the package and I don't feel that 5g=5ml. I also have a 5ml scoop from another manufacturer and it differs in volume from your 5ml one. Thank you

Hi Thomas, this is a legal measure, however scientific studies show that use in children does not pose any health risk, as long as the correct dosage is followed. However, creatine supplementation can improve training adaptation and/or reduce the risk of injury, even in younger athletes. For this reason, we believe that creatine supplementation is an acceptable nutritional strategy for younger athletes who: a.) participate in serious/competitive supervised training; b.) consume a balanced and performance-enhancing diet; c.) are informed about appropriate creatine use; and d.) do not exceed recommended doses.
