Demi glace is a rich broth made with beef and veal bones and cooked vegetables. It comes from traditional French cuisine and is considered a premium sauce base among leading chefs. Now you can make a sauce just like this at home too.

To achieve the exceptional taste and quality of our broth, we use meat and bones from the premium Limousin breed. The young bulls come from organic farms and graze freely on grass‑covered meadows.

Our demi glace is a slow drawn broth that contains only water, beef, vegetables and spices. Among other things, you'll find carrots, onions, leeks, peppercorns and bay leaves - authentic ingredients that will take your meal to the next level. It contains no preservatives, sweeteners or other unnecessary ingredients.
