The base consists of a fine hazelnut cream, which itself has a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. By adding cocoa butter, we have achieved an even more velvety consistency and a rich chocolate flavour.
No artificial sweeteners or added refined sugar. The pleasantly sweet taste is provided by a combination of low-calorie erythritol and caramel-scented date powder.
Flavoured sugar with palm oil - unfortunately, this is the standard composition of most hazelnut cocoa creams. We decided to go the honesty route. Our cream contains only naturally occurring sugars from the ingredients contained.
