Vilgain Macadamia Nut Butter are premium quality macadamia nut butters from the latest harvest, flavoured with selected natural ingredients. The nut component is made up of only macadamias, it is not a blend containing cheaper nuts.
We use dry roasting technology. This means that no additional oil is used in the roasting process. In addition, roasting at low temperatures for a short period of time reduces the oxidation of unsaturated fats, thus preserving the health benefits.
Artificial flavourings? Absolutelly not... we flavoured the butters with organic honey, organic cocoa and freeze‑dried raspberries. This gives the butter a unique taste and aroma from real ingredients. Try a smooth honey‑cocoa butter, a fresh fruit butter or reach for a savoury classic.
