Hello, are Magnesium Drops suitable as an emergency supplement (for travel when you can't make a drink)? I take Magnosolv, which is prescribed by my doctor (once a day at noon when I am not taking other medications). I've been taking it for 6 months now, my magnesium levels have improved but are still lower than they should be.
Hi Lenka, it is possible, but if your magnesium levels are really low, we recommend the classic bisglycinate tablets. Have a nice day.
I have to recommend magnesium in the form of bisglycinate as advised here by Denise. In the pharmacy they often have only in the form of oxide and it is almost not absorbed, it is cheap for them, but for the body pretty useless. When I ran out of Aktinu I asked about magnesium bisglycinate at the pharmacy and they didn't know what I was talking about, I completely confused the poor guys, the only thing they had was some with magnesium mixed in in the form of citrate. 🤷♀️ These are just my experiences. Not even complaining about the pharmacy, I just really recommend magnesium from Aktinu. 😊 Or even the one in malate form is great for the morning. 😊
