Vilgain Olive Oil Spray is a cold‑pressed extra virgin oil. The olives come from Italy, where they are processed using only mechanical processes. As a result, they retain the maximum amount of health‑promoting bioactive compounds. The oil has a typical pleasantly spicy and bitter taste with hints of fruit.
Contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels
Olive oil excels in its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps to maintain normal cholesterol levels. In addition, squalene, phytosterols, vitamin E and a range of beneficial polyphenols including flavonoids are also found in olive oil. Olive oil can withstand heat treatment, but the beneficial substances are best preserved when used in a cold kitchen.
An indicator of quality is then a very low acidity of ≤ 0,5°, which indicates that the oil comes from good quality fruit and has been processed under appropriate conditions.

Instructions for use
- Shake well before use and spray on cold pan or food from a distance of 10 - 15 cm.
