I bought it as an alternative to regular plain flour, I don't feel a significant difference in taste, but the consistency is strange, when mixed with water I recommend it more as an anti-stress element (it's like modelling sand, which will probably be appreciated by moms who don't want their kids to eat sand, or eternal stressers)

I adore this flour especially in Turkish cuisine.

I use it to thicken sauces or as breadcrumbs when coating homemade chicken nuggets🍗
