High content of health benefits

For maximum preservation of the health benefits, the olives are cold pressed into olive oil. Thanks to this processing method, the oil has approximately 100 times the polyphenol content of refined olive oil and approximately 10 times the content of olive pomace oil.

Olive oil excels in its content of healthy unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. In addition, other bioactive substances such as squalene, phytosterols, vitamin E, and a number of beneficial polyphenols including flavonoids can be found in olive oil.
