Vilgain gluten-free and egg-free pea pasta is made from yellow pea flour in organic quality. It is an easily digestible alternative to classic pasta, which will not only make your food special, but also supply it with a lot of valuable nutrients.
Pea pasta boasts low fat, high fibre content (14%) and a decent amount of protein (24%).
Thanks to the balanced ratio of macronutrients and the high content of quality vegetable proteins, pasta can serve as a main course (for example, a pasta salad with vegetables) and is also great for a vegan or vegetarian diet. Suggested use
- Put 100 g of pasta in 1 l of salted boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain and serve the cooked pasta.
