Vilgain pasta is a gluten-free and egg-free pasta made from organic flour from red lentils. This is a great way to enhance your diet by adding valuable nutrients to your body.
Pasta has a very well balanced ratio of individual macronutrients and is easily digestible. We find in them the absolute minimum of fat, the ideal amount of carbohydrates and a decent protein content.
Thanks to the 24% content of quality plant proteins, they can perfectly serve as a main course supplemented with vegetables, for example. However, it is also suitable as a side dish to meat and salads. Their preparation is, as with all other pasta, very quick and easy, and in a short time we have prepared a tasty dish rich in important nutrients, that will provide us with a great source of energy.

100% BIO flour from red lentils.
Suggested use
- Put 100 g of pasta in 1 l of salted boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain and serve the cooked pasta.
