Spelled is one of the oldest cereals. It is easily digestible, has a hazelnut taste, and you will find a whole range of minerals, vitamins and 11% plant protein. These valuable substances are preserved due to the fact that the pasta is wholemeal and therefore containing the outer casings of the grain.
The preparation of pasta is undemanding and fast, as is the case with ordinary pasta, and can be used classically as a side dish to meat, vegetables, sauces or salads or soups. They are suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, as they do not contain any ingredients of animal origin.

Suggested use
- Put 100 g of pasta in 1 l of salted boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain and serve the cooked pasta.
