You can never have enough pizza. Now you can enjoy your favourite pizza base in an organic spelt variant. As with the original base, you can rely on a quality product made from natural ingredients with a great texture and delicious taste. Moreover, thanks to the new production technology, it does not tear and holds its shape perfectly.
Just add your favourite ingredients, bake in the oven for 7‑8 minutes and you're ready to serve. Alternatively, just use a frying pan. Just place the dough and topping in the pan for 3‑6 minutes and cover with a lid.
The base consists of only 6 selected ingredients without any artificial preservatives or flavourings. The Italian olive oil gives a better taste and together with the sourdough starter makes the dough pleasantly soft.
A blend of spelt and wholemeal spelt flour with a more pronounced flavour and a slightly nutty aroma. Spelt is uncultivated and retains its natural mineral and fibre content.
