Vilgain Peanut Flour - Nutritionally rich flour made from peanuts roasted with hot air
Vilgain Peanut flour is not some inferior grit from pieces of peanuts that broke off during roasting or preparation of another product. It's a quality flour made from 100% finely ground, hot air roasted shelled peanuts that you can use with peace of mind, for example, to replace some of the flour in recipes. It adds better taste, texture and more nutrients to all such dishes, and it's naturally gluten‑free.
Peanuts are rich in unsaturated fats and high‑quality vegetable protein. You'll also find plenty of vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, B6 and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium.
Peanut flour is great for baking as it adds its typical aroma to dishes and can be mixed with other flours. It can also be used to flavour and thicken porridges, smoothies, yoghurt, soups or in place of breadcrumbs.
