Hand‑picked pecans were slowly roasted together with sugar, spices and other ingredients until they formed a delicate caramel crust. This is how we gently make Vilgain Pecans, always in small batches so they get to you as fresh and crunchy as possible.
In addition to being comparable in taste to any dessert from a candy store, you'll be adding healthful unsaturated fatty acids, zinc, thiamine, fiber and vegetable protein to your body. They are great on their own as a practical snack for travelling or to top and enrich porridges or desserts.
