Vilgain Roasted organic chickpeas - salty snack from organic farming in Italy
An often unjustly neglected legume gently roasted and seasoned to form a delicious crunchy snack. Great as a practical snack for home or away. It provides your body with around 20 g of vegetable protein and a good portion of fibre. It will reliably fill you up and energise you. You can eat it on its own or add it to salads.
The product is produced by a small company of young enthusiasts from Germany who decided to start experimenting with legumes in the kitchen while studying for exams. Their goodies soon became popular with friends and family. "Why can't I buy this?" was the question that spurred this young bunch to start their own company.
