Herbs are sourced from vetted suppliers and from locations that are natural for growing them. At the same time, we don't just mix them willy‑nilly - we honour the principles of mixing herbal blends correctly to maximise their effect.
When to enjoy our tea?
To experience the full effects of the active ingredients, it’s best to have the tea about 30–60 minutes before bedtime. It works most effectively when consumed regularly for more than a week.
Ingredients
Lemon balm, acacia flower, valerian root 15 %, hop cone, chamomile flower, passion flower 5 %.
Instructions for use
- Pour 400 - 500 ml of hot water, not boiling, over one tablespoon of the herbal mixture.
- Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Season with sugar, honey or lemon according to your preference.
- Drink 1‑2 times a day.
- Do not exceed the daily dosage.
