An effective mix for better sleep quality

Lemon balm is known for its calming and relaxing effects and pleasant scent. It contains flavonoids, rosmarinic acid and ursolic acid, which help relax the mind. (1)

When to prepare our tea?

In order for the effects of the individual substances to be fully felt, it is optimal to take the tea about 30 to 60 minutes before sleep. It works best when consumed regularly for more than a week.

Ingredients

Lemon balm, acacia flower, valerian root 15 %, hop cone, chamomile flower, passion flower 5 %.

Instructions for use

  • Pour 400 - 500 ml of hot water, not boiling, over one tablespoon of the herbal mixture.
  • Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain.
  • Season with sugar, honey or lemon according to your preference.
  • Drink 1‑2 times a day.
  • Do not exceed the daily dosage.
