This is the absolute top! One of my favorite spreads, I eat it almost everywhere. :D Delicate, balanced taste. It's good on bread, but also with pasta or gnocchi. I also use it as a dressing for vegetable salad.

So this is a new addiction for me - I would need it in a kilo. But I should point out that I am a lover of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil. The consistency is smooth, the spread is balanced in flavor, and I commend the fact that it's not sweet, but I can taste the pleasant acidity of the tomatoes. For me, definitely great!

It's quite thick and I personally don't like it very much but as many people as many tastes, I'll try to mix it into pasta sauce
