Hello, probably a stupid question but this is my first peanut butter, when I open it there is quite a lot of liquid on the surface, should I just mix it and then grease it?

Hello, this is certainly not a stupid question. The butter needs to be mixed thoroughly before consumption. Oil separation from the peanuts on the surface is a common occurrence, it is not a bad or faulty thing. Have a nice rest of the day.
Approximately how long will it last after opening?
Hello Tomáš, we recommend to consume it at room temperature within two months, then in our experience the flavour properties will slightly diminish. Have a nice day

I would like to ask if the composition (nutritional values) for all types or the coconut variant has more sugar (due to the honey). Thank you
Hello, the manufacturer lists the nutritional values only for the original variants, with the coconut version varying by up to 15%. Logically it will have a slightly higher proportion of sugar and fat, according to the packaging the macronutrient ratio is B 24g, T 49g, S 13g (sugar 7,9g) per 100g.
