Simple preparation
ready in minutes

Super quick and easy to prepare: just add water, mix with the mixture, put in the microwave and don't burn yourself.

Sprinkle 70 g of the mixture into a cup.
The bigger the cup, the better.

Add 70 ml of water, stir well
and let stand for a minute or two.

Put the microwave on 800W for 2,5 - 3 minutes and your snack is ready

Suggested use

  • Weigh one 70 g serving into a 300‑350 ml mug and pour 70 ml of cold water.
  • Stir well and let stand for 1‑2 minutes.
  • For an even smoother cake, add a little butter or coconut oil to the batter.
  • Then put in the microwave on 600W for 2,5‑3 minutes (check after 2 minutes and let finish if necessary).
  • Do not cover with a plastic lid in the microwave.
  • Mug cake can be tipped out of the tin or eaten directly from the mug.

I've had microwave brownies 2x so far. The first time from Gym Beam and the second time from you. As far as taste goes, Vilgain is much tastier, it wasn't as dry as from the concoction and sweeter too. And the pieces of fruit and chocolate add to the taste as well. I give a star down for the preparation. Although I followed the procedure, the cake didn't turn out. Some people write in the reviews that it even came out of the jar. I had a slight increase in volume, but I didn't have to worry about the microwave even on the 3rd try... I got the cookies out of the gymbeam on the second try and they puffed up nicely. Yours didn't puff up at all, they were juicy, but also underdone... A bit more baking and it could be a top in the future

This is such a great thing! Like, it's probably not the cheapest thing, but it's worth the taste and ease of preparation :)

Hi/good day, my moss mug cake also leaked and stuck around the edges. All that's left is a chunk of hard stuff in the bottom of a tall mug. I baked it for 2,5 minutes. I'll make 6 for 300,- and if I make 6 I'll throw them in the trash :-/ According to the reviews, there are more of us like this.
Can you bake it in a regular oven?
Hello, I follow the instructions but the dough always leaks out, half is gone and the rest is unfinished. It tastes weird. What else can I make with the mix, I really don't want to wash the MWT daily and then basically throw it all away :-( I bought the mix based on reviews but I really have no idea what I'm doing wrong :-( Thanks for any advice.
