Our cured meats are really honest. The package contains only pure, lean meat preserved using hot air and high pressure and seasoned only with salt. The liquid in which the meat "floats" is the meat's own juices that are released during cooking. No substitutes, flavourings, thickeners or poor quality meat parts. The meat thus retains its natural flavour and contains no undesirable substances. The total proportion of meat in the can is at least 97 %.
