I’ve tried it only once so far, 1,5 hours before a run, and considering I was tired before running and went out as late as around 9 in the evening, the run actually felt pretty good. Maybe partly thanks to the beetroot. In the past, I’ve tried beetroot juices and the effect seemed similar. I just didn’t have pinkish urine after the capsules like I did with the juice :)

I didn't believe it, I tried it and I’ll probably stick with it. I take it 2–2,5 hours before training or a match ⚽
