Choosing The Best Protein Shaker Bottle
Choosing a protein shaker isn’t complicated—you just need to know when and how you plan to use it. The differences between various fitness shakers come down to size, material, and the mixing mechanism.

Perhaps the biggest debate when choosing a protein shaker: is a strainer or spring (sometimes called a blending ball) better? It depends on your priorities. A protein shaker with strainer is quieter and better at breaking down larger clumps in your drink. However, if speed is your priority, you’ll likely get faster results using a shaker bottle with spiral. But in the end, it probably doesn’t matter all that much.
