Breakfast Flakes

Flakes are a healthy and increasingly popular alternative to traditional cereals. In addition to oatmeal it is possible to choose from rice, rye, spelt or barley flakes. In general, flakes are a good source of complex carbohydrates, fibre, and a range of vitamins and minerals. You can also find Gluten‑free flakes or in organic quality.

How to prepare flakes?

Breakfast cereals are extra easy to prepare. Just mix with water, milk or yoghurt and garnish with nuts, seeds, chocolate or dried fruit. If you want to take your breakfast up a notch, don't forget protein!

In addition to breakfast or snacks, you can use the flakes to make muesli, granola, use them in smoothies, grind them as a flour substitute, or bake them straight up - cheesecakes, crumbles, cookies, pancakes... the imagination is endless!
