  • How long does it take for the package to be picked up at the store?

    The order is stored in the shop for 7 calendar days, including weekends and holidays. If the order is not picked up by then, it will be returned to the warehouse and cancelled. If paid, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which the order was paid. If you wish to extend the time in store, please contact our customer support.

  • What is meant by "every day" and "long-term unavailable"?

    Every day - Goods are usually in stock within 1-2 working days.
    Long term unavailable - The item is currently unavailable from our supplier, if you are interested in more information please contact our customer support.

  • How long will it take for my money to be refunded if my order is cancelled?

    In the event that an order is cancelled, for whatever reason, the money will be refunded back to the card within 5 working days.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    If the order is still with us and has not been forwarded to the carrier, please contact our customer support. If the order is already with the carrier, do not accept the order. Once the carrier returns it to our warehouse, we will automatically refund your card within 5 business days.

  • Can I edit or change anything in an already completed order?

    If the order has been paid by card or has already been completed and handed over to the carrier, then any changes to the order are not possible and the order must be cancelled or not accepted. Otherwise, please contact our customer support immediately.

  • Is an exchange possible?

    No exchange as such is possible, we refund the money back for the goods as for a classic return, and you need to make a new order to order new goods.
