The pack contains only three ingredients: carefully selected kiwi, peaches, and mango gently freeze-dried. Thanks to lyophilization, they retain their tropical flavor and vibrant color. The fruit is free from added sugar, preservatives, or colorants. Another plus is the light and crunchy texture.
Unlike conventional drying, lyophilization takes place at extra low temperatures. The fruit is first rapidly frozen and then slowly dehydrated in a vacuum. This way, they retain the best qualities, including vitamins. Moreover, after drying, there is no need for sulphur treatment, which is commonly used to prevent browning in regular dried fruit. Without water, they also stay fresh longer without the need for any preservatives.
Add to porridge, yogurt, muesli or smoothies. Perfect for pancakes, cheesecake, homemade granola, and sweet desserts. They are a great addition to overnight oats, where they also look fantastic. Crush into a fine fruit powder for the perfect tool to decorate desserts, flavor creams, or make homemade toppings.
