Hello, thank you for your question. Our Vilgain HMB contains the standard form of hydroxymethylbutyrate, it is no different from other commonly used forms of HMB. The standard daily dosage of HMB is 3 g, usually divided into three servings throughout the day (1-1-1). Thank you.
