Vilgain Deglet Nour Dates BIO – Tunisian Date Variety with Delicate Smoothness and Honey Undertones

Deglet Nour, or “date light,” are dates typically from Algeria or Tunisia. They are characterized by a amber-golden to brownish skin and, unlike Egyptian Medjool dates, do not have a sticky consistency. In terms of taste, they are less sweet with a delicate smooth profile and honey undertones.

Tunisian Gem Without Annoying Pits 🇹🇳

They are harvested in autumn, by hand. Afterwards, they are pitted and packed. They are produced in small batches for maximum freshness. Our Deglet Nour dates come from organic farming, guaranteeing their high quality.

They are suitable as a snack during the day or on the go, in porridge or granola. Blended into a paste, you can also use them as a base for homemade desserts.
