Tried today – homemade protein bars – pistachio version with chicory syrup :) the dough is pleasant to work with, tastes good, and in this version it’s really only minimally sweet, which suits me :) honestly, the dough has a much better texture than with regular protein, but I just made them a little while ago, so we’ll see in 2-3 days how they turn out :)
