Vilgain Instant Millet Porridge - nutritious and easily digestible porridge

Vilgain Instant Millet Porridge is a fine instant porridge with no added sugar that you can prepare literally in a minute. It is naturally gluten‑free, so even celiacs can enjoy it without worry. In addition, it is very easily digestible. Millet is made by dehusking proso and is a great source of complex carbohydrate.

You can easily flavour the porridge with fruit, nuts, protein, or cocoa, and quickly prepare a nutritious breakfast or snack. It tastes great both sweet and savoury, and is also suitable for thickening sauces, soups, and pasta, or as a binder in meat and vegetable mixtures.
