Compared to other pistachio pastes – nothing special. The flavor is a bit lacking, both overall and in terms of pistachio taste. It’s more pistachio-flavored than almond paste, but it didn’t impress me. I also feel like it’s not very efficient and there isn’t much of it in the container.
