Good quality flour, I'm very happy with this product. I generally used it for muffins and the end texture is great. For macarons, I felt it needed to have an even finer texture for that smooth finish.

For me, it's great, I bake with it perfectly.

For me, it's great for “cookie dough” recipes made from almond flour, peanut butter, protein, syrup, yogurt, and chocolate chips 💗 I recommend it!!
