Homemade baked goods, eco‑friendly and non‑stick

We don’t bleach with chlorine. Our baking paper is of natural origin, made from 100% wood fibers. Thanks to this and FSC certification, the paper is safe for food contact. The non‑stick silicone surface also ensures that dough won’t stick to the paper, helping you avoid unnecessary overuse of vegetable oils or other baking fats.

The silicone coating does not seep through, so the tray and the inside of the oven remain clean after baking. It’s suitable for baking desserts, pastries, meat, potatoes, and vegetables. Silicone is an inert, cured coating and does not negatively affect taste or smell – our baking paper contains about 2%. According to independent tests (SGS, TÜV), it does not release hazardous substances into food and meets both FDA and European food contact standards.
