No chlorine bleaching. Our baking paper is of natural origin, made from 100% wood fibers. Thanks to this and FSC certification, the paper is safe for contact with food. The non-stick silicone surface also ensures that dough won’t stickto the paper, helping you avoid unnecessary overuse of vegetable oils or other baking fats.

The silicone coating does not seep through, and both the tray and the inside of the oven remain clean after baking. It is suitable for baking desserts, pastries, meat, potatoes, and vegetables. Siliconeis an inert, cured coating and does not negatively affect taste or aroma – our baking paper contains about 2% of it. According to independent tests (SGS, TÜV), it does not release hazardous substances into food and meets FDA and European standards for food contact.
