Season any soup, sauce, spread and a host of other dishes in no time with our Vilgain Beef Broth. This mild paste with a distinct beef flavor and ideal solubility will show you that there's no such thing as broth.
Only 3 ingredients
We used 232 g of beef from free‑range Czech cows to make one packet of Vilgain Beef Broth - a full 75 % of the jar's contents. The rest is made up of vegetables (parsley, carrots, onions and zucchini) and salt. Nothing more. The consistency is a smooth paste that dissolves well in food, helping you flavour any dish quickly and easily.
12 hours drawn broth
Honest beef and turkey bones are an important base for slow drawn broth. Roast them together with the vegetables for 30 minutes - then just fill into jars and pasteurise. Quality ingredients and first‑class processing do not need any chemical enhancers, preservatives or colouring.
One tablespoon per half litre of soup
Vilgain Beef broth paste can be used to flavor all dishes (soups, sauces, spreads, side dishes,...). Just stir one tablespoon in 500 ml of water. So you can make up to 7‑8 litres of broth from one packet.
Vilgain tips:
- Try spreading the broth on toast.
- For flavouring, it's best to whisk in warm water until you reach the ideal smooth, lump‑free consistency.
- Stir the spread with butter, rennet or cottage cheese. To loosen the broth, whisk in a little at first and gradually add more layers.
- You can flavour the soups directly, there is no need to whisk the stock beforehand.

Allergy: The product may contain traces of peanuts and celery.
Suggested use
- Add 1 tablespoon per 500 ml of water to create a broth.
- For seasoning, stir the required amount directly into the dish.

- Store in a cool, dry place up to 25 °C.
- Protect from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, refrigerate up to 7 °C and consume within 1 month.
