Only 3 ingredients

To make one jar of Vilgain Beef Bouillon, we used 232 g of beef from Czech farms – a full 75% of the jar’s content. The rest is made up of vegetables (parsley, carrot, onion, and zucchini) and salt. Nothing else. The consistency is a smooth paste that dissolves well in food and helps you season any dish quickly and easily.

12‑hour slow‑cooked broth

Quality beef and marrow bones are the essential base of a slow‑cooked bouillon. Together with vegetables, we roast them for 30 minutes – then simply fill into jars and pasteurize. Quality ingredients and first‑class processing require no chemical flavor enhancers, preservatives, or colorants.

One tablespoon per half a liter of soup

You can use Vilgain Beef Bouillon paste to season all dishes (soups, sauces, spreads, side dishes,...). Simply dissolve one tablespoon in 500 ml of water. From one jar, you can make up to 7–8 liters of broth.

Vilgain tips:

  • Try spreading the bouillon on toast
  • For seasoning, it’s best to dissolve in warm water until you reach the ideal smooth consistency without lumps.
  • Mix spreads with butter, cream cheese, or quark. To soften the bouillon, mix first with a little and gradually add more layers.
  • You can season soups directly, there’s no need to dissolve the bouillon in advance.

Suggested use

  • Add 1 tablespoon per 500 ml of water to create a broth.
  • For seasoning, stir the required amount directly into the dish.

great for recipes that say—add half a litre of broth… because I feel like all recipe authors assume I have at least a litre of frozen broth in smaller portions in my freezer :D
