100% fat from Aberdeen Angus bulls

Our tallow comes from the beef fat of young Aberdeen Angus bulls reared on a family farm in the Highlands. As calves, the bulls are suckled by their mothers on pasture and locally grown corn and other grains are used for their subsequent nutrition - completely GMO free.

Suitable for baking, frying and making homemade cosmetics

Thanks to a smoke point of 250°C, baking and frying at lower temperatures does not burn the fat. Its use prevents the formation of potentially harmful substances. Use the tallow for roasting meat, preparing burgers or greasing the baking tray when baking. You can also add it to pastries or cakes to achieve the typical crispness and rich flavour. But you can also use the tallow outside the kitchen: it's a great ingredient for homemade cosmetics such as soaps, lip balms and ointments for dry skin.
