The processing method matters

The Swiss Water Process method removes caffeine from green coffee beans using water. This allows caffeine to be gradually filtered out, while other naturally occurring components of coffee remain preserved in the beans. The process takes place without the use of chemical solvents.

Prepare your coffee exactly the way you like it

Grind the whole beans right before brewing to your desired coarseness. Thanks to its versatile character, the coffee is suitable for various brewing methods – from espresso and moka pot to French press or filtered coffee.

Grind and prepare
15 g of coffee to a medium coarseness and pour it into a rinsed filter.

Gradually pour
250 ml of water at a temperature of 90–92 °C in even circular motions.

Let it drip through,
once the water has passed through the filter, you can serve.

From Brazil straight to your cup 🇧🇷

The beans come from Brazil, where coffee plants are grown at an altitude of 900–1,350 m above sea level. The higher elevation and the associated lower temperatures allow the fruits to ripen more slowly, developing their full flavor potential. In the package, you will find Catuai, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo varieties.
