Made in France using select mustard seeds (Brassica nigra or Brassica juncea) following the traditional Dijon recipe – but with a much higher mustard seed content and none of the unnecessary additives found in typical Dijon mustards. This allows you to savour the richness of this mustard with its bold flavour, unique grainy texture, strong aroma, and gentle spiciness.

When selecting the ingredients for our mustard, we prioritised quality at every step. The recipe features only non‑GMO ingredients, including mustard seeds sourced from France and Canada, vinegar, water, and salt. There are no sulphites, artificial flavours, colourings, or preservatives.
