Vilgain Forest Blossom Honey - 100% natural raw sweetener

Honey made from nectar collected from raspberry blossoms, blackberries and honeydew from spruce, fir and maple trees. This makes it smell intensely of forest, raspberries and blackberries. We collect it directly from a Czech beekeeper from the protected landscape area of the Jeseníky Mountains. It is 100% pure, unrefined and raw. It has a darker golden colour, velvety smooth, delicious taste and thick consistency.

A great alternative to refined sugar

Quality honey is rich in several important antioxidants. For example, it contains phenolic acid and flavonoids (1) (2). When consumed regularly, these substances can help fight free radicals and thus reduce the risk of oxidative damage to cells. Even so, honey is still a source of sugar, so we recommend sweetening with it in moderation. It also has a much more interesting flavour profile and by buying it you will be supporting bee farming, which is very important for nature.
