Honey made from nectar collected from raspberry and blackberry blossoms as well as honeydew from spruces, firs, and maples. Thanks to this, it has an intense aroma of forest, raspberries, and blackberries. We source it directly from a Czech beekeeper in the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area. It is unrefined and raw. It has a darker golden color, a velvety smooth, delicious taste, and a thick consistency.
Quality honey contains a range of natural substances. It is studied, for example, for its content of phenolic acids and flavonoids [1, 2]. With regular consumption, these substances have an effect on the overall vitality of the organism. Nevertheless, honey is still a source of sugar, so we recommend using it in moderation. It also has a much more interesting flavor profile, and by purchasing it, you support beekeeping, which is very important for nature.
