🐮🧈
Pure clarified butter from cow's milk

Clarified butter ghee is a versatile kitchen helper that works perfectly for frying, baking, and cooking. It gives your food a pleasant nutty aroma and creaminess.

  • High smoke point 250 °C
does not burn and does not produce harmful substances

  • Lactose-free
    sugar content < 0,01 g / 100 g

It does not burn and withstands temperatures up to 250°C 🔥

Over‑smoking removes water and milk proteins from the ghee, giving it a high smoke point of 250°C. This means that it doesn't overcook and no harmful substances are produced at high temperatures, making it ideal for frying, baking, and roasting.
