🐮🧈
Pure clarified cow's milk butter

Transfused ghee butter is a versatile kitchen helper that is great for frying, baking, and cooking. It adds a pleasant nutty aroma and creaminess to food. Our ghee is low in milk protein and is therefore also suitable for lactose‑intolerant people.

  • High smoke point 250 °C
does not burn and does not produce harmful substances

  • Premium manufacturing practices
for minimum lactose and milk protein content

It does not burn and withstands temperatures up to 250°C 🔥

Over‑smoking removes water and milk proteins from the ghee, giving it a high smoke point of 250°C. This means that it doesn't overcook and no harmful substances are produced at high temperatures, making it ideal for frying, baking, and roasting.

  • It will last up to
    90 days
    at room temperature
  • 1 year
    in the fridge
  • It contains only
    0,01%
    Lactose

  • Cold kitchen
