How did we get the maximum flavor from mushrooms?
The key is rehydrating dried shiitake and champignon mushrooms, which creates an aromatic base full of umami. We then combine this with soy sauce and slowly reduce it. As the water gradually evaporates, the individual notes naturally concentrate and gain intensity. For their full development, we recommend briefly heating the paste before use.
Honest base without artificial flavors 🌿
Artificial flavors are not needed for a full taste. The recipe is based on a high content of mushrooms and mushroom extract, complemented by onion, garlic, and other carefully selected ingredients. Simple, without unnecessary substitutes.

Mushrooms shiitake 29,4%, champignons 29,4%, mushroom extract 14,7% (dried mushrooms 11,7% (champignons, shiitake), drinking water, soy sauce (drinking water, soybeans, wheat, table salt), onion, extra virgin olive oil 7,8%, table salt, wine vinegar, garlic.

Manufacturer's Recommendation
Suitable for seasoning dishes, cooking, and preparing sauces and soups. To prepare mushroom broth, add 1 tablespoon of paste to 400 ml of boiling water and simmer briefly. For full flavor development, we recommend briefly heating the paste before consumption.
