The basic ingredient of our pasta is durum wheat semolina, highly appreciated for its texture, taste and nutritional value. The carbohydrates it contains provide a gradual release of energy, while its high protein and fibre content aids digestion and helps to maintain a long‑lasting feeling of satiety.
