In studies on women, changes in selected hormonal and metabolic parameters were monitored after supplementation with myo‑inositol. In some of the monitored indicators, changes associated with hormonal and metabolic regulation were observed. The most frequently monitored included, for example, SHBG, free testosterone, or fasting insulin.

The vitamin is enriched with glucosamine salt, which acts as a special “carrier”, making the folate significantly more stable than common forms with calcium salt. Two capsules contain 200 µg, which provide the body with 100% of the recommended daily dose.
