In studies on women, changes in selected hormonal and metabolic parameters were monitored after supplementation with myo‑inositol. For some of the observed indicators, changes associated with hormonal and metabolic regulation were noted. Quatrefolic® branded ingredient with high bioavailability
The vitamin is enriched with glucosamine salt, which acts as a special “carrier”, making the folate significantly more stable than common forms with calcium salt. One capsule contains 400 µg, which corresponds to twice the recommended daily dose.
